DredgingCase presents you StrongFloats, our modular PE floatation system. Thanks to its unique features and proven reliability it is used by dredging companies all over the world. StrongFloats consist of two half cylinders with stainless steel or hot dip galvanized assembly material. They are corrosion free, low maintenance and available for pipe diameters from 70 to 1.600 mm.
All our floats are designed with help of the Finite Element Method (FEM), ensuring optimal material and shape performance.
We produce floats with a maximum length up to 5.000 mm and a width of 3.000 mm and are proud to be able to produce exactly according to our clients’ individual wishes. DredgingCase delivers foam-filled StrongFloats for specific conditions. We offer standard PU foam, but you can also opt for top quality expanded polystyrene, which is more or less flexible, 100% closed cell and fully recyclable.
